Just walking distance from to nero tis agapis, where you can have lunch. 10 minutes' ride to the airport. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Spetses New Port district. Honestly no reason to complain.

our room had a sunny balcony. we ate at cielo mar all day bar, which is only 900 ft away, it suited our needs.
